Negotiation and Property Acquisition.

We negotiate with the selling agent on your behalf to secure the best price and terms until the contract is exchanged and the property is acquired. We also manage due diligence (costs borne by the buyer), including Building and Pest Inspections and Contract Reviews.

Property Management and Settlement.

We identify a suitable property manager for ongoing management and organize the pre-settlement inspection. If no issues are found, the property proceeds to settlement, after which it is handed over to the property management team.
